What the seal means here.
A professional engineer’s seal is a personal, legal certification. At Airavata, that seal belongs to one person, our Engineer of Record, and it is never delegated or automated. The engineer reviews the inputs, the calculations, and the drawings before anything is signed.
Until that happens, every artifact is a draft, watermarked as such. We would rather flag a missing measurement or an unverifiable product than fill a gap with a guess. Assumptions, when we make them, are conservative and listed on the report so the reviewing official, and you, can see exactly what was assumed and why.

One Engineer of Record
Every deliverable is reviewed and sealed by Tex Sukhdeo, P.E. (Florida #98870). The seal is never delegated or automated.
Verified, never assumed
Wind speeds, flood zones, and product approvals are confirmed against primary sources for each project. Missing information is flagged, not guessed.
Draft until sealed
Nothing is presented as final until it carries the engineer's seal. Every assumption is conservative and listed on the report.
Code-current
Work follows the Florida Building Code 2023 and ASCE 7-22 wind provisions in force for the project's jurisdiction.
